There is lots of room for growth whether you are currently a novice or an expert. We offer opportunities to train with us five days a week in our beautifully designed, clean, and exclusive training facility. For those that cannot attend the group classes we are able to provide private training 7 days a week.
We have the perfect size of mats in a room designed to host the greatest classes. Showers are available for the busy professionals and Mats are disinfected regularly.
You’ll always find yourself in the training that matches the path as you are on. We use all our higher ranks to help the beginners. The instructors ensure to get around to everyone. We are a community that puts in for each other.
World class instructors alongside and World class teenage leadership team When you step on the mat with us you are stepping on the mat with some of the World’s most unique and exceptional martial arts masters for hands-on, one- on-one instruction. A vast majority of our Head instructors are invited to run programs for other instructor teams Nation Wide.
We welcome beginners and experts to challenge yourself in fitness, expand your mind and build your spirit by training with us. Many consider our Martial Arts Programs much better for fitness than other fitness specific activities. With the Primary aged groups in particular we have proven that our programs help young kids be more confident in their bodies abilities through the programs we teach.
Does your work environment put you in a dangerous position which requires you to make life or death decisions? Learn techniques designed to help neutralise dangerous situations against bigger stronger opponents. We can come onsite and work in your environment to further enhance your results.
